- Uploaded Catalog Data: To transform your distributor spreadsheets, you upload CSV or Excel files. We process product titles, descriptions, SKUs, barcodes, prices, and variant attributes strictly to deliver your formatted Shopify CSV export.
- Billing & Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not collect, store, or process full credit card numbers or banking credentials on our servers.
- Usage & Technical Data: We collect standard operational telemetry, including browser type, IP address, and request logs to maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical errors.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely for the following legitimate purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Parseify catalog transformation engine.
- To authenticate your sessions and protect your workspace from unauthorized access.
- To save your custom mapping recipes and supplier templates for future use.

We work with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform:

- Supabase: Provides secure cloud database hosting and user authentication services.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information or uploaded catalog data to third parties or advertisers.

We retain your account profile and saved mapping recipes as long as your account remains active. Uploaded supplier files and intermediate parsing jobs are subject to automated data hygiene schedules (typically 7 to 30 days retention depending on your plan tier). You may request the deletion of your account and associated catalog data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security safeguards, including HTTPS encryption in transit, strict Row Level Security (RLS) on database records, and isolated customer workspace directories to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
